YPcentral is a group of young professionals, 21 - 35, living and working in Rhode Island. We believe in what our Young Professionals and this state have to offer and our future looks bright. We believe in making Rhode Island a fun place to live and work and encourage you to join us.

YPcentral is lead by a group of young professionals, which make up our Leadership Team. If you have any ideas while we grow this network, let us know.

Professional Development - “Promote Your Professional Success” The team seeks to connect Young Professionals with opportunities to further enhance their learning, leadership skills, career development, and personal growth. As Young Professionals we are energized by the fact that YPs have not yet become complacent and are continually striving to seek new knowledge, new challenges, and new opportunities.

Outreach - Create YPcentral awareness for potential new members, businesses, and community organizations. Welcome new and current members at events. Coordinate community service projects giving back to our community. Coordinate with the News Hound to keep members and non-members informed of YPcentral activities.

Social - Create environments in which YPcentral members can socialize while expanding and diversifying their networks. The Social Team continually strives to instill energy, fun and enthusiasm into the YPcentral group. Welcome new Young Professionals to the community by providing them the opportunity to “get connected / get plugged in”.
